Inspired by the buildings historic craftsmanship and its hometowns soulful energy, Holston House offers a uniquely spirited, personalized and authentic experience in the heart of downtown Nashville.
This 191-room hotel will feature six suites, including two signature 12th floor Bungalow Suites, a fitness center, street-level restaurant, lobby lounge and rooftop bar. Additionally, the hotel will feature 3,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and event space, which includes ample function space on the first level, a boardroom, and a 439 square-foot skyline room featuring a private terrace, bungalow bar and folding glass doors leading to the hotels rooftop pool.
Originally designed by Marr & Holman and recently reimagined, the interior has been updated to compliment the exteriors art deco details and honor the buildings historic spirit. To create a dynamic space that is both classic and decadent, richly crafted furniture and textures have been layered with traditional forms using warm locally sourced materials to capture the rugged modernism of todays Nashville.
