The Andaz name, which means “peronal style” in Urdu, encapsulates the very essence of the brand’s driving philosophy that celebrates, respects, and caters to guest’s personal style and preference. Departing from convention, guests are welcomed by an Andaz host at the entrance as they would be in a private home. The dedicated Andaz host combines the traditional roles of doorman, receptionist, concierge, and bell attendant. The hosts will happily give their mobile number, so guests can call at any time if they have queries when out explorihg the city.
The hotel features 306 spacious guest rooms and suites, all with vibrant views over Shanghai and impressive LED lighting where guests can customize the color to suit their moods. In the guest rooms, guests are able to enjoy complimentary WIFI, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the mini bar and local calls.
