To give you confidence when planning your next trip to Prague we are offering flexibility on all new and existing individual bookings as follows:n- For guests making new reservations for any arrival date until March 31st 2021 including reservations with pre-paid rates we will allow the reservation to be changed at no extra charge.n- For guests with existing reservations made until May 31st 2020 including pre-paid rates we allow the reservation to be changed at no extra charge or price difference.nAll changes must be done in writing no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.nIf you will hold a pre-paid reservation and not be able to confirm new travel dates a voucher shall be issued at the value of the deposit paid which can be redeemed up to end of the Year 2021.Cancellationn- Some exclusions may apply and changes to the reservation might be subject to any rate differences during special events or peak demand weeks.
