This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices of Groople Texas LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Groople”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), which owns and operates various sites on the World Wide Web, including without limitation www.Groople.com, (collectively, the “Groople Websites”). Your access to and use of the Groople Websites and all the services provided via the Groople Websites (collectively, the “Service”) are subject to Groople’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.

This privacy policy describes how Groople collects, uses, and shares information about you that it obtains in connection with providing the Service to you.

We value your comments about Our privacy statement and invite you to email Us with inquiries, suggestions and complaints at: privacy@Groople.com.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

In order to enhance your user experience and improve the Service, Groople collects information about you from two sources: (i) information you affirmatively give to Us; and (ii) information automatically collected when you visit any of the Groople Websites or use any Services.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

To use certain aspects of the Service you will need a Groople Account (“Account”). When you create an account, We will ask for certain identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, gender, email address, date of birth, and a password, which is used to protect your Account from unauthorized access. After setting up an account, you have the option to provide (and store in your Account) additional information, such as your telephone number, credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, and billing address), and information about you and/or your group members, i.e. the group members’ email addresses and credit card information.

In order to book a reservation, We require that you provide Us with certain information about you and/or your group members. This may include names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information, such as credit card numbers, credit card verification numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses. Most information collected is required to complete the transaction; however, some information may be optional. Each time We ask for information, We will clearly indicate whether such information is required or not.

It is your sole responsibility to obtain consent from the group members to use their names, email addresses, and credit card information before you provide their information to Us.

By choosing to use the Service you are giving Groople permission to use and store such information consistent with this privacy policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

In addition, Groople automatically collects information about your interactions with the Groople Websites and the Service.  For example, Groople may log information from your computer and browser, such as your IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, browser type, software and hardware attributes, pages you request, and cookie information.

Groople may use third-party service providers to help Us gather and analyze this information about Our customers. These service providers are contractually restricted from using your information in any way, other than in helping Groople provide you with the products and services that are available on Our website.

This aggregated data may be distributed by Groople and is wholly owned by Groople. By using the Service you are giving Groople permission to use and store such information consistent with this privacy policy.
